Job Title: Web Designer (3–4 Years Experience)

Location – Bengalore, (On-site)

Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging designs. You will work closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and maintain high-quality, visually engaging websites for various projects.
  • Create fully responsive designs that work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes.
  • Develop design systems and maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and content teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
  • Optimize web graphics for performance, SEO, and fast load times.
  • Use HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript to implement design updates.
  • Conduct design reviews and usability testing to ensure excellent user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging web technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.


Required Skills & Experience:

Education : 

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Web Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.


Experience :

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery


Technical Skills : 

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Advanced experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap) and preprocessors (SASS/SCSS).
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and usability standards.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices
  • Understanding of HTML email design and responsive email templates
  • Familiarity with basic front-end frameworks (React, Vue) for design collaboration
  • Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
  • Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
