Job Title: Web Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, maintain, and improve visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and content teams to bring concepts to life while ensuring an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop website layouts, templates, and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Create responsive designs optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Ensure brand consistency in all web designs and visual assets.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Test websites for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Maintain and update existing websites with new designs, features, and content.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 1–2 years in web design or related field.

Technical Skills:

• HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design.
• Basic JavaScript/jQuery knowledge.
• Design tools: Basic Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of SEO basics and accessibility standards.

Soft Skills:

• Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
